At OSG, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at OSGACTIVE@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions and the return address.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or worn items.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
